Conversations to get Unstuck
Shifting perspectives with every dialogue
Through ontological coaching, explore the way you see yourself, the world around you, and the possibilities before you.
When that shifts, how you operate in the world shifts too.
Built for leaders like you

Navigating a Transition
You’re stepping into something new—whether it’s a career move, a bigger role, or starting out for the first time. It’s exciting, but also uncertain. You want clarity, confidence, and a way to move forward without second-guessing every decision.
-

Growing into leadership
You’ve recently stepped into a leadership role (or are about to), and the expectations feel different. It’s no longer just about your performance—but how you show up, influence others, and lead with intention. You want to build confidence, presence, and your own leadership style.
-

Feeling stuck, ready for a shift
You’re going in circles with your thinking. The answers aren’t landing, and something feels blocked. You’re ready to break out of old patterns, see things from a new perspective, and move forward with clarity and momentum.
Emerging leaders and people who want to be better
The challenges you face at work often connect to how you see yourself and what matters to you. Whether you're managing complex team dynamics, figuring out how to show up authentically, or navigating the balance between professional growth and personal fulfilment, coaching creates the space to step back from the noise and examine how you’re being, unpack what's really going on, and gain the perspectives you need to move forward.
Our one-on-one, online coaching conversations will examine the assumptions you hold, the patterns you repeat, and uncover the version of yourself you want to become.
About Charlene Teo
I am endlessly curious about people — how we think, how we relate, and how we make sense of our lives. I've always been fascinated by the complexity of human relationships: the unspoken dynamics, the stories we tell ourselves, and the moments where real connection changes everything. This curiosity is what drew me to coaching, and it's what I bring into every conversation.
Professionally, my work spans government projects, scaling startup, and tech operations — experiences that sharpened my ability to untangle complexity and bring clarity to chaos.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences from the University of Birmingham and am currently completing my Newfield Coach Certification through the Newfield Network, one of the world's most respected institutions in ontological coaching.
Born and raised in Singapore, I enjoy reading, dancing and sipping on cocktails.
